Recipe: Raspberry Yogurt Smoothie (blender)

RASPBERRY YOGURT SMOOTHIE

3 cups fresh raspberries
1 1/2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1 Tbsp. honey
5 ice cubes

Place raspberries, yogurt, orange juice concentrate, and honey into blender and blend until smooth.

One by one, add ice cubes and blend until just blended. Serve immediately.

Servings: 4

Approx. per serving: 180 calories; 0.5 grams fat.
