4 tablespoon oil
4 # pork roast, cut into 3/4 inch cubes or can substitute 4#ground beef
1/4 cup flour
4 ounces green chilis, chopped
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp pepper
3garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro or parsley
1/2 to 1 cup salsa
14 ounces chicken broth
Brown meat in oil. Add flour. Add to crock pot and add rest of ingredients. Cook until pork is tender. Low 6-7 hours. Serve with warmed tortilla or over cheese enchiladas or tamales.
