This is the best i've ever tasted.
Chili Verde

4 tablespoons oil
4 pounds pork roast cut into 3/4 inch cubes, or can substitute 4 # hamburger
1/4 cup flour
4 ounces green chilis chopped
1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
