Hello Jane,

An oven thermometer (click here) to check the temperature of your oven. Some stoves give you the ability to calibrate your oven temperature, the instructions would be in the manual if that's an option. You can also call a service tech for your oven to calibrate it for you. If your stove is under warranty that may be a service included for free.

Is there a way I could check the actual temperature in my oven, aside from the setting I put it on? I don't think my oven is baking on the setting I put it on because recipes that I've used over and over before are not turning out the same with this new oven. I'd like to know how many degrees I would need to adjust it to bake on the temperature I want it to.

Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.
