Recipe(tried): Re: ISO ideas for quartered oranges

Misc.

Pam, When they were small tackers, my three boys loved their oranges frozen. Lay the sections out on a tray, a little ways apart and freeze. When frozen, place in freezer bag and return to the freezer. They can, then, be eaten like ice-blocks, and believe me the kids just love them. These can be done with the skins on or off. They are also good for fresh fruit salad, as half of the work has already been done. Hope this is of some help to you. Angel. O:-)
