Cindy, this recipe is for Mock Lobster or imitation seafood but have done it with real shrimp. Very good Came from San Diego newspaper years ago.
Mock Lobster diable
1 pkg (12oz) mock lobster chunk style
1/4 cup brandy
2 shallots, minced
1/3 cup minced onions
1/4 cup butter
1 tbl dijon mustard
1 1/2 cup heavy cream, heated
6 tbl dry bread crumbs
3 tbl chopped parsley

Combine lobster chunks and brandy, reserve. saute shallots and onion in butter until onion is soft, stir in flour and cook a few minutes on med. heat to make a roux. whisk mustard into heated cream then slowly stir into roux until thickened. add lobster chunks and brandy to cream sauce. spoon into oven-proof
scallop shells or individual oven proof dishes; top with bead crumbs brown. Garnish with parsley; serve at once. serves 4
