GLAZED ONIONS
Cook small white onions in boiling salted water about 20-30 minutes. Drain. Let stand a few minutes to dry.
Melt 4 tbsp, of butter in a pan. Add 2 tbsp. Brer Rabbit Molasses. When well blended, add onions and cook slowly until browned and well glazed. Turn onions occasionally for an even glaze. (This works just as nicely with carrots.)
