Recipe: Reception Food Ideas
Holidays, CelebrationsDepends on how much work you want to do before hand, but what about kabobs? I have done beef kabobs for 50 before alternating beef and veggies (peppers, onions). It takes time prior to but seems more elegant. Serve along side rice, variety of salads and different breads. You can also do just veggie kabobs for those who wish no meat.
If you want something more relaxed, a variety of sausages is always a hit as well.
