JOHNNY CARINO'S FIVE MEAT COUNTRY PASTA
olive oil
garlic cloves, chopped
sausage link, cooked, chopped
ham, diced
bacon, cooked, diced
pepperoni slices
bell peppers, chopped
onions, chopped
spices
crushed red pepper flakes
tomato sauce
meat sauce
bowtie pasta, cooked
Asiago cheese, grated
Parmesan cheese, grated
fresh parsley, chopped
Add olive oil, garlic, sausage, ham, bacon, bell peppers, onions, pepperoni, spices and easy touch of red pepper flakes to a saucepan. Cook till completely heated.
Add tomato and meat sauces, toss well.
Add bowtie pasta. Mix well.
Garnish with asiago, parmesan, and parsley.
