Hi Julie and Amy,
Neither of these is the exact recipe you're asking for, but a recipe similar to Cheesecake Factory's doesn't turn up maybe you can experiment with them. With the first recipe, you can try doubling the recipe and bake it in crumb crust lined springform pan (naturally, extend the baking time). And for the second recipe, you could divide the filling in half before adding the food coloring, add half the coloring to one half and leave the other half of the filling white. Spread in layers in the pan and bake as directed in the recipe. We'd love to hear if you try either one!
