Recipe: Regal Date Nut Bread (bread machine)

1 pound:
1 cup water
1 tbsp butter or margarine; softened
2 1/4 cups bread flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp dry milk
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp dry active yeast
3/4 cup *dates; chopped
1/3 cup *nuts; chopped

1.5 pound:
1 1/3 cups water
2 tbsp butter or margarine; softened
3 1/2 cups bread flour
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp dry milk
2 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp dry active yeast
1 cup *dates; chopped
1/2 cup *nuts; chopped

*As soon as you press Start; set a separate minute timer for 15 minutes, at which time add the Dates and Nuts.

Not for Timer Bread Setting. Follow operating instructions for chosen size of bread, 1 pound or 1.5
