i found a recipe on the side of a bag of hovis and this works perfect every time. Dont know the size of your breadmaker but if this is any use try this.
360 mls of warm water
3 tablespoons dried skimmed milk
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons of sunfower oil
600 grammes of strong white bread flour
2 teaspoons of dried yeast
place ingredients in the pan in the order listed, bake on the number one setting. and chose the size and crust colour if you have that option.
This makes a two pound loaf, i have a breville breadmaker and this works better than the recipes that came with the machine. Hope this works for you.
