1 1/2 lb. loaf:
10 oz. water
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. honey
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. gluten
2/3 cup rolled oats (oatmeal)
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tsp. yeast
