I myself make the homemade pastas. There's not many of us left. I made them last night also. This is a very simple recipe for the fillings.

PollyO Ricotta Cheese (whole Milk)
PollyO Mozzerella Cheese (whole milk)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of bread crumbs (keeps the cheese from dripping to much).
Parsley

Mix all ingredients together - scoop in raviolli shells.

Very simple.
