MOXIE'S GARLIC CHEESE TOAST

Foccacia bread is brought in
Shred equal parts swiss, mozza and asiago then mix well with garlic butter and spread on foccacia and bake.
Also I find if you put a bit of mayo on before the cheese it tastes even better. You can buy the store bought one that has marinated and is full of flavor or make your own garlic butter and add garlic powder to make it even more garlicy if the garlic hasn't had time to marinate in the butter. OR sweat the garlic into the butter for better flavor. Enjoy!
