Recipe: Rice Shrimp Salad

This is a good salad that can easily be doubled if needed.

2 cups cooked, cold rice
1 pound package cooked, cooled shrimp, cut up (may use frozen)
1 can chopped water chesnuts
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 cup celery, finely chopped
1 can bean sprouts, washed and drained\
1 green pepper, finely chopped
2 cups salad dressing (mayo)
2=3 tablespoons soy sauce

Mix salad dressing and soy sauce together. Mis all other ingredietns of salad
together and fold in dressing. Cover and refrigerate 4-5 hours before serving.
