Recipe(tried): ricotta pie

Misc.
My kids love this pie: I hope you'll love it too.

10-12 servings:
300 grams all purpose flour
200 grams butter, softened
150 grams sugar
1 tespoon baking powder
1 egg
a pinch of salt;
500 grams ricotta
2 eggs, beaten
100 grams sugar
vanilla flavour
some chocolate, grated.

Make crust by combining sugar, butter, egg and the flour mixed with baking powder and salt. Butter and flour a 24 cm baking tin, press dough in it up sides to form a 3 cm rim.
Now mix ricotta, sugar, eggs and vanilla flavour, add the chocolate and put this compound into the tart shell.
Put in pre-heated oven (180 C) for about 40 minutes.
