Recipe(tried): Rolled Lasagna

Rolled Lasagna

10-12 cooked lasagna pieces
1 cup minced, cooked sausage
1 cup chopped, cooked onion
1 cup chopped, cooked spinach, squeezed dry
3/4 cup ricotta
spaghetti sauce
dash of nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste

Mix ingredients and spread mixture on lasagna: roll and place in a casserole.

Pour spaghetti sauce over the lasagna and bake 20 30 min. or until hot

I don't know where I found this recipe, but used it often when the kids were little.
