Recipe(tried): Cheesy Lasagna Roll-Ups

This isn't from any Canadian Living Magazine, but it's definitely roll-ups. ENJOY!

CHEESY LASAGNA ROLL-UPS

12 lasagna noodles
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
2 Tbsp butter
1/8 tsp black pepper
3/4 cup onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp flour
10oz pkg broccoli, cooked/drained
16oz jar spaghetti sauce

Cook noodles and cool. Melt butter and saut onion until tender; set aside. Mix cheese and cottage cheese. Mix in broccoli, salt, pepper, garlic and onion. Combine parmesan and flour in another bowl. Spread each noodle with cheese filling. Sprinkle with parmesan mix. Roll up. Spread a small amount of sauce in the bottom of baking dish. Arrange roll-ups over sauce and cover with remaining sauce. Bake @ 350F degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle additional cheddar on top and bake 5 more minutes.
