Recipe(tried): Rotisserie Chicken

I've been looking in on a neighbor who's had surgery, and so I simply put a whole chicken on my Ron Popeil's Showtime Rotisserie, rubbed Lemon Pepper all over it, and sprinkled some garlic on it, too. Then you just put it on the rotisserie, and like the infomercial say, "set it and forget it"; and I set it for 1 hour. It is so incredibly yummy and moist and tender and the flavor of the lemon pepper and garlic - I ate all the skin!

I didn't make anything else - just the chicken! So, I can't list this delightful menu like you ladies do! :) hee hee. I took the drumsticks and some breast upstairs to my neighbor and he loved it! Earlier I brought him some organic Carrot-Pineapple-Apple juice made in my VitaMix..
Then I decided after I was cleaning up (all the pieces can go right in the dishwasher!), that there was enough pan drippings to make a gravy, so I used that Better Than Bouillon to make some gravy, and I'll take some chicken and some gravy and maybe a salad to work tomorrow!
Just chicken - that was my dinner!
