Recipe(tried): Rump Roast..need to put on at 10 am

Misc.

Pat, if you have an oven with an automatic time-bake cycle..what I do is put a FROZEN roast in before I leave home....just put frozen roast in a covered pan. add some water or beef broth (about 1/2 to 3/4 cup) in bottom of pan, then cover with lid.....set your time-bake cycle to turn oven on (325 to 350 degrees) timing it, just as you would if you were there...but be sure to allow extra minutes per pound for its frozen state...when you arrive home, carefully remove lid and season as you normally would and continue to cook/browning roast.....it comes out so moist.....ENJOY!
