BLACKEYED PEA SALAD

1 can blackeyed peas- rinsed and drained
1 can black beans- rinsed and drained
1 can red kidney beans-rinsed and drained
1 can white beans-rinsed and drained
1 med onion - finely chopped
1 green pepper-finely chopped
2 stalks celery-finely chopped
1 small jar chopped pimento
1 cup Italian dressing or your favorite vinigrette

mix all chill overnight- serve on bed of lettuce
optional 1 c. chopped ham, smoked sausage, salami
