Hi Kelly,

We like these salads.

CHERRY SALAD

2 boxes Cherry Jello, dissolved in
1 c boiling water
Add 1 can cherry pie filling
1 can undrained (8 1/4 oz) crushed pineapple
Mix together & chill.
TOPPING
8 oz cream cheese
1 c chopped nuts
1/2 c sugar
1 t vanilla
8 oz sour cream
Mix & put on top after the first mixture gels.
Can use strawberry Jello with strawberry pie filling or grape Jello with blueberry pie filling.

TOSSED VEGETABLE SALAD

4 c salad greens, torn into bite-sized pieces
1 6 oz jur marinated artichoke hearts, drained
3 med. tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 med cucumber, sliced
2 - 4 oz Roquefort or bleu cheese, crumbled
1/2 t salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c prepared French dressing

Chill salad greens. In salad bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss lightly. Serve immediately.
