Recipe: Salmon Supreme Casserole

Salmon Supreme Casserole

1 (16-ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
2 cups macaroni, cooked and drained
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
or
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons dried bread or cracker crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into a greased casserole dish. Top with crumbs. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.

Makes 4 servings.
