COTTONWOOD CASSEROLE
1 (28 oz) can baked beans
1 (12 oz) can corned beef
1 large onion, finely diced
1 bell pepper, finely diced
grated cheese (for top)
TO SERVE:
Hot cooked rice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.
Mix all ingredients together except the cheese. Spread in prepared baking dish. Top with a layer of grated cheese. Cover with foil.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Uncover and bake another 8-10 minutes.
TO SERVE:
Nice served over your favorite rice.
Servings: 6-8
