Recipe(tried): Thunder Cake - variation

When my son's class was reading the book (Thunder Cake by Patricia Polacco), we made the cake for him to take to share with his class. The cake is awesome!!! The children did not care for the fruit topping, so I left that off and drizzled chocolate on top. I made it in a bundt pan, it was not only delicious, but it looked as good as it tasted.
