Recipe: Black Bean Corn Soup

Black Bean Corn Soup

2 (15 ounce each) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
14 1/2 ounce can Mexican stewed tomatoes, undrained
14 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes, drained
11 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
4 green onions, sliced
2-3 Tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried minced garlic

Put all ingredients into slow cooker and cook on high for 5-6 hours.
