SALSA MAC
1 pound ground beef
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
1 3/4 cups water
2 cups (8 ounces) elbow macaroni, uncooked
3/4 pound (12 ounces) Velveeta pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
Stir in salsa and water. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
Add Velveeta stir until melted.
FOR AN EXTRA SPICY SALSA MAC:
Try making it with Velveeta Mild or Hot Mexican pasteurized Process Cheese Spread with Jalapeno Peppers. Be careful though the hot is really hot!
Makes 4 to 6 servings
