Recipe(tried): Sausage and Rice Casserole

Sausage and Rice Casserole

Fry one lb. of Jimmy Dean sausage, and set a side.

In a 9x13 pan, place:

2 cups uncooked white rice
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 dry pkg. mix of Knorr chicken noodle soup
1 bell pepper, diced
4 soup cans of water
4 stalks of celery, sliced
sliced almonds (optional)

Add the sausage that has been cooked
Mix together; top with almonds.
Cove and bake at 350 degrees F 50 mins.
