Recipe: Sausage Cheese Balls from Quick Mix (or Bisquick)
Appetizers and SnacksJust reading this book and found a recipe that would be great for the
holidays, soooo here it is!
Sausage-Cheese Balls
1 and 1/2 cups Quick Mix (or Bisquick)
1 pound grated Cheddar Cheese
1 pound lean ground pork sausage or "hot" sausage
Preheat oven to 350*F(175*C). Combine ingredients until dough sticks together.
Roll into 1 and 1/2 inch balls. Bake about 25 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Serve warm on toothpicks. Makes about 75 appetizers. Enjoy!
