Recipe: Chicken Nachos (using canned chicken, cheddar cheese soup and salsa)
Appetizers and SnacksCHICKEN NACHOS
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup salsa
2 cans (5 oz. each) chunk white or chunk chicken, drained
1 bag (about 10 oz.) tortilla chips*
Sliced green onions
Sliced pitted ripe olives
In saucepan mix (undiluted) soup, salsa and chicken. Over low heat, heat through, stirring occasionally.
Serve over chips. Top with onions and olives.
If desired, warm chips in microwave before topping. Divide chips between 2 microwave-safe places. Microwave 1 plate at a time on HIGH for 1 minute.
Makes 6 servings
