Seafood Dream Salad

loaf frozen white bread Crusts removed
1 medium onion
4 hard cooked eggs
3 cups mayonnaise (Best Foods)
1 cup diced celery
1 lb. fresh crab or shrimp (I use both)

Lightly butter bread slices and cut into small cubes. Mix diced onions, mayo and eggs, and refrigerate over night in tightly sealed bowl. Add seafood and celery about an hour before serving.
