Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

Yield: 8 servings.

2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cauliflower florets
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 each small red onion, chopped
1 each carrot, shredded
1 cup mushrooms, cubed
4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar (scant)
1/4 cup cider vinegar

Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl.

Combine remaining ingredients and blend well. Add to vegetable mixture and toss well. Refrigerate overnight, tossing occasionally.
