SESAME FRIED CHICKEN
2 chickens (3 lb. each) chickens, quartered
4 Tablespoons sesame seeds
1 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper (to taste)
Combine sesame seeds, flour, poultry seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken into milk, then roll in sesame seed mixture.
Saute chicken in combined butter and oil for 30 minutes or until golden brown and tender, turning frequently.
Makes 6 servings
