Recipe: Shredded Cabbage and Chicken Salad with Sesame Mint Dressing

SHREDDED CABBAGE AND CHICKEN SALAD

FOR THE DRESSING:
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp chili puree with garlic
1/2 tsp sesame oil
FOR THE SALAD:
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
6 cups finely shredded napa cabbage
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 large, carrot shredded (1 cup)

Mix dressing ingredients together.

Toss salad ingredients together. Add dressing mixture and toss.
