Recipe(tried): Shrimp Dip
Appetizers and SnacksThis is a wonderful shrimp dip that I have made for years. It has always been a great hit. Thought I would share it with you. So simple.
2 cans small clean shrimp (I use East Point), drained and rinsed
2 pkgs (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
Mix all together. Put in 9-inch pie plate.
Bake 35 minutes until brown on top at 375.
Serve hot with Ritz or your favorite crackers.
