Recipe: Sweet and Spicy Meatballs (using frozen meatballs)

Appetizers and Snacks
SWEET AND SPICY MEATBALLS

2 pounds frozen meatballs
1 jar (9 oz.) sweet and sour sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Line a 13x9x2-inch pan with Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Arrange meatballs in a single layer in foil-lined pan.

Combine sweet and sour sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl; pour mixture evenly over meatballs. Stir to coat.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through and sauce is hot. Spoon sauce over meatballs. Serve warm.

Reynolds Kitchens Tip: The quickest way to line a pan is to turn the pan upside down; press a sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil around it. Remove the foil. Flip the pan over and drop the formed foil liner inside.
