Recipe(tried): Crab Dip for 50th Anniversary party
Appetizers and SnacksI have made this for Potlucks many times:
CRAB DIP
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mayonnaise
dash garlic salt
1/2 bottle chili sauce
1 can flaked crab meat, drained
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Mix the cream cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, and garlic salt together well. Spread on bottom of an 8- or 9-inch deep dish.
Top with chili sauce, then the crab meat. Sprinkle parsley on top.
Serve with assorted crackers.
