Recipe: Simple Salad

Misc.

I think that a simple salad of mixed baby greens ( you can usually find these already mixed and bagged in the supermarked )with a sprinkling of whatever toppings you like, such as: feta or bleu cheese
greek olives
tomato wedges
slightly steamed asparagus tips
baby shrimp
mandarin orange sections
julienned strips of carrots, peppers, etc.
fresh basil leavesSimplicity is the key.

For a dressing, a good olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar will do just fine.

Sounds like you have a wonderful meal planned. Enjoy!
