Recipe(tried): Smoky Barbecued Chicken Pizza

Smoky Barbecued Chicken Pizza
Makes about 8 servings

1 (10 oz.) package of refrigerated pizza crust
garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2 cups shredded Colby or Monterey Jack cheese, divided
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
thinly sliced red onion

Preheat oven to 425.

Roll out pizza crust and place on a baking stone, pizza pan or cookie sheet.

Spread crushed garlic over crust. Cover with 1 cup of the cheese. In a bowl combine chicken and barbecue sauce, toss to coat chicken; layer over cheese. Top with green pepper and onion over. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheese over the veggies.

Bake 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
