SNICKERDOODLES FROM CAKE MIX
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 (18.25 oz) yellow cake mix
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine sugar and cinnamon in shallow bowl; set aside.
Combine in a bowl, dry cake mix, oil, eggs and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Form cookie dough into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in cinnamon- sugar mixture. Place cookies on baking sheets.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes until cookies are set and lightly browned. Remove to cooking rack.
