Recipe(tried): Spanish Rice

Main Dishes - Rice, Grains, Pasta
Here is a version I do of Spanich rice. I cook my long grain with boullion, diced reds onions that I saute with a little wine before I add my water and rice. When it is done I fold in the following; Chopped cilantor, tomatoes, jack cheese, a squeeze of lemon and toasted pine nuts.
