Recipe: Spanish Rice Soup

Spanish Rice Soup

Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 package (6.8 ounces) Spanish rice mix
1 can (14.5 ounces) Mexican stewed tomatoes
1 can (16 ounces) tomato sauce
4 -5 cups water


Directions:
Brown turkey, onion, and garlic.
Add rice, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and water; bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
Makes 4 servings
