Hi Mindy,
Whenever I see this kind of request I am reminded of our favorite spinach balls
posted recipe # of times over the years here is the link

Funny I reread it and in it I said "my 12 year old always requests it" .... that 12 year old is in the army now!! time flys ....
I notice it has sveral other tried recipes attached to it's original link -- check it out!
