Recipe: Fruit Cheese Dip (using strawberry preserves and cream cheese)

Fruit Cheese Dip

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup strawberry preserves
1 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
1 tsp. lemon juice
Fruit Dippers (such as bananas, grapes, strawberries, orange slices, pineapple chunks, etc.)

In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy.

Beat in sour cream, preserves, lemon peel and lemon juice; mix well.

Set dip along side fruits and spear cut up fruits on cocktail picks, dunk into dip.

Makes 1 cup dip
