Recipe(tried): Starbucks Ginger Molasses Cookies - nice taste, wrong texture
Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, BarsI made the ginger molasses cookies and was a little disapointed that they were not more similar to the STarbucks variety. I liked the taste but the texture was too soft and 'cake-like', not chewy like I had hoped.
Thanks for the recipe anyways!
