Recipe(tried): Stilton Soup

I visited Wales a number of years ago and asked for a recipe for Sliton Soup-a cream soup with blended leeks in it. A lovely person sent her grandmothers recipe-who was from wales, I made it and it was EXACTLY the soup. Look in the archive section for stilton soup and you should find it-if not, let me know and I will jot it down for you. Happy sipping. Nancy
