Recipe: Strawberry Cream Tarts Au Chocolate

Strawberry Cream Tarts Au Chocolat

Makes 12 servings

1/4 cup FLEISCHMANN'S Margarine
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
50 NILLA Wafers, finely rolled (about 2
cups crumbs)
1 pint small strawberries, sliced*
1/4 cup sugar*
2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
Mint sprigs, for garnish

In medium saucepan, over medium heat, heat
margarine, corn syrup and chocolate chips until
chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth; remove
from heat. Stir in wafer crumbs. While crumb mixture
is still warm, divide evenly among 12 (2 1/2-inch)
muffin-pan cups; press against bottoms and sides of cups; chill 15 minutes. Carefully remove from pan;
chill until ready to fill.

In medium bowl, stir together strawberry slices and sugar; set aside.

In small bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Line each tart shell with cream cheese mixture; fill with strawberry slices. Garnish with mint sprigs if
desired. Serve immediately or chill up to 2 hours before serving.

* Any fresh or canned fruit may be substituted; omit sugar if desired.
