Recipe: Strawberry Glaze

Hi Pat,
I have this recipe,it's actually for a cheesecake but thought I'd post it
anyway. Maybe it would work for you...sure hope so! Good Luck!

Strawberry Glaze
1 pint fresh strawberries
1 and 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
red food color, optional

Crush berries, mix with sugar and cornstarch. Cook until thick and clear. Add
food coloring, if desired. Spread glaze over ham.
