Recipe(tried): KFC Cajun Style and Honey BBQ Wings clones
Appetizers and SnacksHere are 2 clones for KFC wings. Just make the sauce of your choice. They are both pretty close to the originals. At least my kids were happy, and they hate everything!
I Hope one of these will work for you.

TO PREPARE THE WINGS:
Combine the beaten egg with the milk in a small bowl. Mix together flour, salt, and pepper in another small bowl.
Dip each wing in the flour mixture, then into the milk and egg mixture, and back into the flour. Refrigerate coated wings until ready to fry.
Heat oil or shortening in a deep fryer to 350 degrees.
Fry coated wings 9-12 minutes or until light, golden brown. Drain on paper towels or rack.
Brush surface of each wing with a light coating of sauce.
*NOTE: If you are using frozen wings allow them to defrost first.
I Hope one of these will work for you.
